Excellent, didn't like the night to bad. Staff (some) could so with more training, such as how to communicate with patients.

Everything was good, can't fault it. Personally speaking, having visitors at meantimes stop me from enting my lunch properly and my meal given cold as l feel l have to talk to them. Nothing else l can fault in only grip is visiting at meantimes cant in peace.

Key workers, Lisa and Helen fab! Need access to crisis team, or similar but not in the way the crisis team operate. I have times when I am in crisis mode and don't really have anyone to call. What I need at these times is someone I can call who will come out and spend an hour or two calming me down and helping me make myself safe again. I don't need a week or fortnight of intensive care.
